Guidelines for Male Sexual and Reproductive Health Services

This manual was developed by The Region II Male Involvement Advisory Committee to provide guidance to programs that plan to develop or enhance clinical services for male clients. The guidelines define the scope of male sexual and reproductive health services and set standards for their content and design. Furthermore, they bring together in one place a wide range of prevention, health education and treatment issues related to male health and sexual function.

Title X Orientation Online Training

Managers and Staff of sites funded by Title X are encouraged to review this self-paced online training. Learn about the history of Title X and how it impacts your clinic and practices. There are modules for general staff, counselors, and managers. Participants can complete up to two tests to receive certificates of completion to satisfy state or employer job requirements.

Male Training Center for Family Planning and Reproductive Health

The purpose of the MTC is to help improve delivery of family planning and reproductive health services for males in Title X-supported health and social service settings. The MTC has five major aims designed to make information, resources, and learning opportunities accessible for staff working in Title X services: 1) national partnership building; 2) development, compilation, coordination, and dissemination of training information; 3) design and facilitation of training events; 4) translating research into practice; and 5) capacity building of Title X training, research, and service grantees.

Title X Region II Conference

This three-day conference is designed to provide family planning agencies with an opportunity to examine promising practices in the areas of preconception counseling, performance management and quality improvement, male reproductive health services, adolescent pregnancy prevention, and the implications of health care reform on family planning agencies. Participants will enhance their knowledge and skills through a combination of panel presentations, plenary sessions, and workshops in order to increase their capabilities in managing family planning services.
